Exper was founded in 2007 by alumni of XLRI & INSEAD and is a leadership and culture development organization that helps senior business leaders experience performance by bringing out the best in themselves, their team, and their organization. Exper has partnered with over 250 organizations on leadership development through diagnostic engagements, behavioral and skill workshops, personalized coaching, and consulting for CxO and senior executive level. Exper faculty are practicing professionals who have built and manage complex businesses (Inme, India's leading outdoor adventure based organization is an Exper subsidiary), entrepreneurs, business leaders, educationists, authors, and behavioral science facilitators. Exper's learning process relies largely on the experiential method – activities, challenges, simulations, behavioral instruments, reflection, dialogue, and facilitator debrief, thus helping empower program participants to guide themselves through their personal learning and development journey.
