Our mission is “to deliver translation services that meet your needs – on time, first time, every time”. We also offer an interpreting service, both face-to-face with CRB checked interpreters and over the telephone. We also provide non-core services to our regular clients (e.g. Braille, desktop publishing, type-setting and design), depending on the client’s individual needs. We are confident dealing with clients both big and small, and the size of our company make it much easier for us to align ourselves to our clients’ needs. Quality is central to everything we do. We have about 150 regular translators and interpreters, plus over 1,000 occasional linguists. We use only professional and qualified translators / interpreters whose native language is the target language. In addition we have stringent in-house verification processes to ensure complete accuracy. Each document is checked for completeness and spellchecked before releasing it to the client. If errors or omissions are encountered, we refer the translation back to the translator until we are completely satisfied with the quality of their work.
