The Law Office of Rob Wiley, P.C. represents employees in lawsuits against employers.
Founded in March, 2000, the law firm began in Dallas, Texas. In 2004, Mr. Wiley became board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Labor & Employment Law. In 2008, the firm began to expand brining on additional trial lawyers. In 2009, the firm expanded to San Antonio and in 2012 the firm expanded to Austin. The Austin and San Antonio offices merged and in 2016, the firm expanded to Houston.
As of January, 2017, the law firm has ten full time attorneys.
The firm devotes 99% of the practice to representing employees in disputes with employers. Cases often involve discrimination, retaliation, wage disputes including unpaid overtime, and denial of leave and reasonable accommodations. The firm represents brings individual actions as well as collective actions where a group of employees have been harmed.
Mr. Wiley is a member of the Dallas Bar Association's Employment Law Council, is a past president of the Dallas-Fort Worth Employment Lawyers Association, and often speaks on employment law at conference and CLE events.
