The Coastal Trust, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) (pending) dedicated to restoration and protection of America’s coasts and coastal plains, development of water infrastructure, and addressing quality of life issues in coastal communities.
TCT offers equitable and affordable access to conservation services and management, technical, and financial assistance for governments and non-profits, with a focus on areas of poverty, pollution, and flood vulnerability.
- Coastal Conservation - Aquifer, Wetland, Shoreline, Sandhill, and Water Rights Acquisition, Restoration, and Protection, Hydrological Restoration, Groundwater Protection and Governance.
- Water Infrastructure - Drinking Water Treatment and Distribution Asset Management, Source Water Protection, Sewer and Wastewater Treatment Asset Management, Stormwater Management.
- Fish and Wildlife Habitat - Forest, Wetland, and Grassland Restoration and Protection. Expansion of USFWS National Wildlife Refuge System. Fishery management advisement, program development, and project implementation. Habitat protection along length of fish and wildlife migratory routes.
- Integrated Watershed Management - Coordination between jurisdictions and disciplines to form and implement watershed partnerships for water quality management and watershed restoration. Development of watershed implementation plans and funding strategies.
- Management Services - Stormwater Utility Creation and Management, Management of watershed partnerships and aquifer and estuary protection programs. Grant Writing, Asset Management, Funding Coordination and Innovation.
