Sarah Earney Architecture & Conservation is a south-west London-based practice specialising in conservation and contemporary design in historic contexts. We conserve, repair and reimagine, designing careful, beautiful buildings and spaces, rooted in and informed by the history of a place.
We believe the past lives of buildings should always inform their future. Our work begins by first investigating and understanding why and how a place was built and developed. We aim to reveal this history while crafting elements of old and new into a coherent, sustainable whole.
Our diverse portfolio includes houses, museums and workspace, connected by the necessity to balance the needs of the historic building with modern living and working practices.
We work directly for people with historic buildings and churches, and in support of architects who need expert advice.
