The Truck Loggers Association (TLA) is the official voice of independent forest contractors located throughout British Columbia. The TLA advocates on behalf of independent forest contractors about the changes taking place in society and the forest industry, and shares information about new forestry machines, methods and technology.
The TLA was formed in 1943 to give independent timber harvesting contractors a collective voice in the changes taking place in society and the forest industry.
The TLA now represents independent harvesting contractors, independent sawmills, small tenure holders and industry suppliers located across BC. With more than 480 member companies, the TLA continues to be an influential voice in the province.
