Hen Corner is a little bit of country life in London, we’ve got an overflowing kitchen garden, eleven fruit & nut trees, two flocks of hens and a couple of colonies of honey bees. As urban food producers, based in Brentford, West London, we run regular courses, support local schools and work with local and national media. Our mission is to encourage and equip those living in our city as they discover where their food comes from and how they can produce some themselves. You may not be as excited as us when we see the first spears of asparagus peeping through, but we know that they’ll be great with a home-made hollandaise….
