Our focus on South and Southeast Asia as well as East and Southern Africa means we have extensive regional knowledge of governance, skills, resources and cultural attributes enabling incisive analysis and practical programme support in the functional areas of ratings/assessments, programme evaluations, risk management, training and systems support for on-ground programme implementation. M-CRIL’s work is recognized the world over including by the Asian Development Bank (investor in M-CRIL), World Bank/IFC, CGAP, UNCDF, DFID, Swiss Development Cooperation, ACCION International, Economist Intelligence Unit and the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) in addition to MFIs and other development partners in 34 countries.
