World University of Design (WUD) is India’s first university dedicated to education in the creative domain. Established at Rajiv Gandhi Education City, Sonipat, Haryana, in 2018, it is a hub of educational institutions of eminence in India. WUD focuses on accelerating the development of design in industrial and innovation activities at the regional and national level among the students looking forward to getting degrees or a doctorate in art and design. In the initial year, WUD was felicitated as the "Most Emerging University" by ASSOCHAM India.
