CARS leads training and technical assistance (TA) centers for state and national mental health, crisis recovery, and substance use disorder initiatives. Our main service is providing relevant and responsive support to state, local, and community-based agencies and organizations. We believe passionately that by supporting the bridge between research and practice, our work fosters healthier families and communities.
