Health Connect IPA is an organization created to build and manage an independent physician network in Northern Virginia dedicated to providing clinically integrated medical and health care services. The care delivery is quality based, value driven and patient centered with the goal of achieving the “triple-aim” goals of improving the patient experience of care, improving the health of populations, and reducing the per capita cost of health care.
