AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run non-profit organization. Active in over 2400 universities across more than 124 countries and territories, our international platform enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a positive impact in society. AIESEC manages a global internship program that offers Estonian companies access to a global pool of top tier youth talent. Present at 2 Cities in Estonia, we provide university students with the platform to experience global internships and youth leadership development. Over 20,000 students participate in this exchange program annually. Our internships range from management, technical to social and human development.
