We support you by providing information and advice at all stages of your NDIS Journey: starting your new plan, accessing providers and supports, planning for your review meeting and transferring between plans.
We have created the ‘Alpha Check In’ to help your Alpha Plan Manager support you. Our Alpha Check In’s will be conducted on a regular basis to ensure that you have all the information that you need at each stage of your NDIS journey. You can select your preferred style of communication, such as over the phone or via email or both, so that we can build a support package that best suits your circumstances and needs
We assist you to connect with a range of providers that will best help you to work towards your goals. Each time you engage the services of a new provider, we encourage you to establish a service agreement which outlines the service that will be delivered, the responsibilities of both parties, any cancellation clauses and a quote for services to be provided.
Our Alpha dashboard maintains a current list of your providers, their contact details and the services delivered to you.
We work directly with your providers to ensure prompt payment of invoices and to resolve issues as they arise.
