Our only product is a “single-version” cloud ERP business suite designed exclusively for smaller SMEs / SMBs. By "smaller" we're referring to organizations in the 5 to 100 employee range. The suite is well suited to companies in the wholesale / distribution, multichannel, retail (not food service / restaurants), professional services, and manufacturing industries (or combinations thereof). BizAutomation is a credible alternative to some of the leading "Big-Tech" solutions on the market, including products such as Oracle's NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP, and Sage (100 & 300 series).
HOW WE POSITION AGAINST BIG-TECH ERP, AND WHY IT MATTERS IF YOU’RE A SMALL BUSINESS
• Single-Version – BizAutomation made a commitment never to fork our suite into multiple horizontal or vertical versions and/or editions. We did this out of a position of small business advocacy, after realizing how some big-techs were using multi-year contracts as a way to leverage up-sell into what essentially amounted to a captive customer base at unreasonable prices (hence the term “Hidden Add-On”).
• Designed Exclusively for Smaller Enterprises – Big-Tech ERPs typically design software for larger business because they tend to have the biggest budgets, however these investments are leveraged against as wide a market as possible. Often, modules and features designed for big business – which are much more complex - are de-tuned in order to target small business markets. But this approach is less than optimal, and tends to increase the complexity and expense involved in implementation and daily use.
• Small-Tech fits Small-Business hand and glove – If you’re an ant dealing with a giant, it’s easy to get stepped on. As a small-tech with under 20 employees, and sub-contractors, we’re very in tune with each and every client.
