In October 2020, Syngenta acquired Valagro, an investment made based on a shared foundation of science-based innovation. Following the acquisition, both companies have worked together closely in service of farmers everywhere, sharing knowledge and leveraging capabilities crucial for a world-leading biologicals business. In July 2023, Syngenta and Valagro announced the new corporate brand for our expanding biologicals business: Syngenta Biologicals, marking an exciting time in our history. Syngenta Biologicals formalizes our one-team approach in the markets, giving us a single and market-leading identity.
