Backbone Funder (BBF) is the founder of (1) a proprietary “InvesTech” Platform and sponsor of (2) a global impact asset fund, and (3) developer of BBEX, an SEC registered securities exchange. Together these form our InvesTech ecosystem that will fund the primary market in the bottom 60% of local economies, and transform the way businesses, creatives, communities, and nonprofits are funded (our Innovator Clients). BBF’s proprietary InvesTech portfolio of technologies is the “backbone” of the BBF Global Impact Asset Fund. BBF’s proprietary custom technologies are designed to automate the end-to-end funding process for diverse primary markets, investments in qualifying assets (instead of stocks, bonds, etc.), and implementing a retail-centric trading exchange. The BBF InvesTech Portfolio includes custom automation of data systems, AI & ML frameworks, securitization and monetization of assets, Alternative Digital Ledger Technology (ADLT), etc. The BBF Impact Asset Fund invests in qualifying assets that are (1) created by Innovators and (2) originated or initiated by BBF (i.e., various projects, InvesTech, BBEX, etc.). BBF also serves “Investor Clients” who are either Qualifying Institutional Buyers (the investors in our Fund), or investors in BBEX that includes 70% online retail investors.
