Termas del Sol was founded in 2019, a tourist complex of natural hot springs at the beginning of Chilean Patagonia, located at kilometer 81 of route V-69, 4 kilometers from the town of Río Puelo, commune from Cochamó, Los Lagos Region, Chile.
It currently has ten thermal water pools of different shapes, sizes and temperatures, built of flagstone, 300 meters of walkway and top quality facilities.
Its waters come from the Yates Volcano, and these volcanic waters are extracted at 60°Celcius where they emerge naturally in the area. The temperature of each pool varies between 18 ° and 45 ° degrees depending on the time of year, being constantly regulated and controlled by the staff. Each pool is naturally cooled according to the weather conditions at the time, we do not mix them with raw water, to keep their minerals and natural properties intact.
The facilities are located near the Reloncaví Estuary, just 17 kilometers from Lake Tagua Tagua, and with beautiful panoramic views of the "Sin Nombre" Lagoon.
Being so close to the Estuary, its thermal waters have chloride-sodic properties, which is why they come with all the beneficial properties of marine and volcanic waters at the same time.
Immersed in nature, surrounded by a large number of native flora and fauna, Termas del Sol has made it a great experience of disconnection and well-being, according to what its visitors say. And in a short time they have managed to stand out, positioning themselves as one of the main tourist attractions in the area, listed as 1st place in the top 10 curative source, of thermal waters in Chile on Trip Advisor for the year 2022.
