The FCAV‘s mission is to strengthen foster care in Victoria. We are the peak body for foster carers, and represent their voice through our work with government, agencies and the media. Our staff are here to enhance carers’ ability to improve the lives of young people in their care through the provision of support and information, and we are always available for an independent perspective on any questions or concerns you have about foster care.
