Hawkins County is the school district. Hawkins County Board of Education has many talented and skilled students who are eager to learn the skills necessary to transition to the workplace upon graduation. They actively seek partnerships with local businesses and industries to place their students in work-based learning and internship opportunities. Hawkins County Schools recognizes the importance of family involvement in students' education, and better attendance and behaviour, more homework completion, and a more positive attitude toward school.
