Our story began when our founder faced this very situation with her daughter. After struggling with the limitations and side effects of traditional medicine, she embarked on a deeply personal journey to find a better way to heal her daughter.
This journey led to the creation of My Well-Being Team — a holistic approach that integrates movement, stress management, sleep, toxin-free living, mental health, nutrition through group healing. It’s an approach born out of a mother’s love and determination, and it’s at the heart of everything we do.
One of our most cherished offerings is the Well-Being Cafe—a nurturing space where individuals facing similar health challenges can come together to explore healing as a group. Over four weeks, our 90-minute weekly sessions blend expert insights with heartfelt group sharing and discussion. Here, you’ll find not only professional guidance but also the warmth and understanding that come from a supportive community.
