Join us on our journey as we build an exciting bank for the future Bank ABC (Arab Banking Corporation B.S.C) has legally merged BLOM Bank Egypt with its subsidiary in Egypt (Bank ABC Egypt). The two banks have now become a single legal entity known, as Bank ABC Egypt. This follows Bank ABC’s acquisition of a 99.5% stake in BLOM Bank Egypt in August 2021. As a larger, more diverse bank we look forward to creating a new world of opportunity for all customers of our combined bank. BLOM Bank Egypt and Bank ABC Egypt will continue to operate a normal service while work continues to fully integrate their products and services.
