Established in 1971 in Japan by 6 Commercial Divers, OWA has over 45 years’ experience in the sub-sea and underwater services sector primarily in the APAC and the Middle East regions. OWA has it’s International headquarters in Singapore with branch offices in Thailand, Indonesia and Myanmar which provide underwater inspection, construction and maintenance services across the region. 120 multi-national staff members comprising of Commercial diving Supervisors, ROV supervisors and Engineers along with over 200 multi-national commercial divers and ROV personnel on the books. OWA has secured project work with some of the largest multi-nationals in the South East Asia region, many of these relationships maintained over many years due to the professional and competitive services provided by OWA.
