Theatre Peckham is a learning theatre, that nurtures creativity, talent and ambition. At Theatre Peckham we offer an extensive range of acting, singing, dance and musical theatre class at an affordable rate. All our work encourages, supports, and nurtures children and young people to discover the magic of theatre, and to develop their potential as young audiences, artists and theatre professionals of tomorrow. Lead by Artistic Director, Suzann McLean, and a wide range of creative professionals, Theatre Peckham creates highly engaging theatre productions which reflect and promote the diversity of the local area. The casts include a unique mix of professional actors, and young people from the workshops, and young apprentice actors aged 16+. The high quality of our productions attracts large, excited audiences, challenging perceptions of Peckham and its young people’s talents for creative participation.
