The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) is the largest and one of the most diverse school boards in Canada, and recognized by Forbes and Statista as one of Canada's Best Employers for Diversity for 2023. We serve more than 235,000 students in 583 schools throughout Toronto, and more than 140,000 lifelong learners in our Adult and Continuing Education programs. The TDSB’s Director, Colleen Russell-Rawlins is supported by the Senior Team and is responsible for: • serving our students and communities • improving academic performance • managing business services • providing staff support • operating and maintaining our buildings The Board is also supported by 22 publicly elected Trustees. Our Trustees work to ensure that all of our students realize their potential and succeed. They are advocates for education and are the voice of the public, ensuring all concerns are addressed.
