North East Culture Partnership; The North East Culture Partnership (NECP) brings together practitioners, the local authorities, universities, colleges, businesses and voluntary organisations across the North East of England to champion, promote and support the arts and heritage sectors in the region and beyond. The North East Culture Partnership builds upon the commitment and enthusiasm of the region for its culture and heritage and continues to champion the role they can play in the economic, social and creative growth of the region.
