Key has been achieving excellent results supporting local people for over 20 years. Our team of expert staff and dedicated volunteers help around 1000 people each year in Lancashire. We provide services that are flexible, tailored to individuals' needs and that build on people's strengths. Key may be small but it makes a massive difference in Lancashire. The Dalai Lama once said “If you think you are too small to make a difference try sleeping with a mosquito”. Key’s belief and passion that everyone can be supported to make lasting change is what makes us a success. Last year 97% of service users reported that Key’s services are good or excellent. Our service users tell us that they trust us to do what we say we will do and help them to make the changes that they want to make so that they can get on with the rest of their lives. Key' services include: Drop in services in Chorley and South Ribble for young people who are homeless and require immediate help A family mediation and therapy service for families who are struggling to get along A counselling service for people who are having a tough time Housing training to help people live on their own Employment mentoring and training to build confidence and improve job prospects Emotional, Health and Wellbeing support for young people and families, supporting positive changes for the whole family Critical Tenancy Support, supporting Progress tenants who are finding it difficult to maintain their tenancies.
