What are SmartHunts? SmartHunts® offers fun, challenging, high-tech corporate scavenger hunts delivered using Apple iPads. We invented the SmartHunts® App that utilizes text, audio, video, and GPS tracking to produce the coolest events ever! Your group will have a blast using an iPad to find locations, perform challenges, solve clues, answer trivia, complete missions and capture all the fun shooting photos and videos. The scavenger hunts conclude with a big-screen presentation of the photos and videos shot by your teams during the hunt. We also provide you with a video of your event to distribute to your group or post on your website. Who developed SmartHunts? Our team at SmartHunts, LLC has been an integral part of the evolution of corporate scavenger hunts. Over the past 20 years, we’ve delivered thousands of hunts – starting with paper clues, then adding Polaroid cameras, then digital cameras – and then smartphones. In 2010, everything changed when Apple® introduced the iPad®. Within months, we released our first version of the SmartHunts® App running on iPads and applied for the registered trademark, which we were awarded.
