JSCB EXIMBANK The bank was founded in 1994, the official date of establishment of the bank being considered April 29 of the year 1994 - the day authorization obtaining (no. 71) from the National Bank of Moldova. On March 13 of the year 2018 EXIMBANK officially became part of Intesa Sanpaolo Group, after the completion of the acquisition of 100% of EXIMBANK's share capital by Intesa Sanpaolo.
