Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, America ("NPCA"), a Delaware-incorporated company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, Taiwan ("NPC-Taiwan"), was founded in 1989 under the strategy of its parent company's vision for global expansion to meet the ever-increasing demand for synthetic fiber, chemical, and plastics related products. It has successfully operated three manufacturing facilities located in three different locations in the United States with the following main products: 1. Flexible PVC films ( Batchelor Plant, Louisiana) 2. Polyester fiber ( Lake City Plant, South Carolina) 3. Ethylene Glycol (EG) ( Point Comfort Plant, Texas) To play a vital role and stay as a strong competitor in the US market , NPCA has aimed for providing quality products with competitive prices since the inception of its operation. To achieve this goal the Company has invested in state-of-the- art manufacturing machinery/equipment, and in constant research and development to ensure the product's highest quality while effectively keeping the cost down through a cost-efficient management philosophy.
