All three companies have deep local roots with a wealth of experience in the key areas of retail, office, industrial, and investment sales brokerage, along with property management. Founders 3 is the result of three locally based organizations listening to clients’ expressed desire for a locally based full-service organization with the experience that Founders 3 offers.
