Our mission is to provide affordable, accessible counselling and mental health supports to help build better mental health in our community...because everyone goes through a rough patch sometimes. Using an innovative model of practice which is new to Australia, we provide affordable counselling and mental health supports. Our shop sells a curated selection of books, mental health resources, self-care items and other products that build mental health. We're a non-profit social enterprise, so the sales from our shop are put directly back into providing more accessible counselling and mental health supports.
