This is the parent company of a banking and financial company working in various fields both inside and outside San Marino. Over the years, Banca di San Marino SpA has experienced a process of evolution that today allows it to operate on the same level as other European credit institutions, given both its level of solidity and ample compliance with minimum capital ratios, and its conformity with security requirements. The Banca di San Marino Group, controlled by the non-profit foundation Ente Cassa di Faetano, the majority shareholder, comprises the parent company Banca di San Marino SpA and a series of other companies established over the years. Leasing Sammarinese SpA RSM, founded in 1984 and 100% owned by the bank, is a leader in San Marino in the sector of real estate and equipment leasing. A second majority-owned company, San Marino Business SpA, was created in 2001 to provide Internet and IT solutions for other group companies. Important steps in the expansion of the Banca di San Marino Group were the opening of Leasing Sammarinese SpA Italy and the constitution of Easy Holding SpA, with the aim of acquiring holdings in other companies and providing professional consultancy. The most recent company, BSM Immobiliare SpA, involved in the purchase, management, administration, leasing and sale of real-estate property, has helped to consolidate the activities of the Banca di San Marino Group in our republic.
