FinDeal is a regulated investment firm (since 2013) offering MIFID distribution services to fund managers who are (now because of Brexit) outside the EU. Our clients are large American, UK or Asian assets management firms having a significant size ( $40 billion AUM on average), which can also be applied to smaller firms. We believe that we have one of the best MIFID solutions on the market, which is more effective than chaperoning or reverse solicitation.
