For over 15 years, our Goldmind-System has helped wholesalers and retailers enhance their shopping experience, sales, and earnings through a three-stage cycle that effectively integrates highly effective and innovative HR solutions. Data is continuously collected through customer and employee surveys, as well as mystery shopping, and we use our BI software to identify potential areas for improvement. These are then leveraged through the targeted use of coaching, training, and e-learning to continuously enhance the shopping experience, sales, and earnings.
