ServeGate is unique – a self-funded, Indigenous, not-for-profit Prime Contractor with a successful history as an access point and capability aggregator for micro, small and Indigenous (MSI) Australian businesses. ServeGate enables participation in Government and corporate opportunities beyond the capacity of individual MSI businesses, while de-risking the engagement for customers - providing the capabilities of a large organization with the agility of an SME.
ServeGate can build a team to meet diverse customer needs, and acts as the prime contractor, contract manager and invoicing point – a single point of access to the pre-qualified, wide range of skills within ServeGate’s community. As a ‘capability aggregator’ ServeGate can provide the resources and/or outcomes for government Standing Offer Panels or to meet the requirements of larger task/projects. ServeGate provides:
• Access to the diverse range of MSI business capabilities
• Facilitated MSI collaboration to provide optimal solutions
• Best value-for-money solutions
• ‘Single point’ contract and invoicing management - regardless of the team size
• Reduced risk – customer capability requirements are met by an aggregated and diverse MSI business community to meet any capability needs for expansion of, or replacement within, a contracted team
• ‘Honest broker’ based relationships, with low transparent fees and no conflicts of interest with the MSI business community. ServeGate does not compete with, constrain, poach from, or acquire financial interest in its members
• Potential to contribute to Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP) or Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) targets
ServeGate’s Professional Services contract revenues enable ServeGate to mentor, support and develop its MSI member business community. And through its Restoring Country initiatives, ServeGate supports the long-term development of expertise, skills, growth and sustainability in micro and small Indigenous businesses and organizations.
