iRelaunch is all about getting professionals returning from career break back to work. We are the pioneering leader in the career re-entry space, and have been since our founding in 2007. We work with companies to build and expand return to work programs, and we provide individuals who are looking to return to work after a career break – “relaunchers" – with tools and resources to make the transition effectively. We work with over 250 global companies on career re-entry programs of all kinds – involving mid-career internships or hiring returning professionals directly into full time roles, and also career re-entry event-based programs. We have over 100,000 returning professionals in our community and have delivered over 1,000 career re-entry programs and presentations since inception. Our 3,2,1 iRelaunch podcast has nearly 600,000 downloads and over 250 episodes have been released so far.
The STEM Reentry Task Force initiative we co-lead with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) expanded from seven founding member companies in 2015 to 41 companies in 2023, including Aerospace Corporation, Apple, ADM, Bechtel, Boeing, Boston Fed, Caterpillar, Cummins, JPL, Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg's, Northrop Grumman, Procter & Gamble, Raytheon Technologies and more. The programs are scaling across business lines, domestically and internationally.
Our iRelaunch Return to Work Conference, which has been held 33 times since 2008, draws a combined audience of over 14,000 attendees. We are regularly featured in the national press, including Good Morning America, The TODAY Show, CNN, National Public Radio, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, TED, Forbes, Fast Company, and Harvard Business Review.
iRelaunch is certified as a woman-owned business by the WBENC.
