RAAK is a multidisciplinary design studio founded by designers Kasper De Backer and Robrecht Lambrechts. Their work is based on exploring personality, the use of materials, technology and craftsmanship. An exploration where functionality, durability and comfort are the prime elements. RAAK creates contemporary products, spaces and digital experiences for a diverse range of clients. Kasper and Robrecht grew up in Leuven. Together they studied industrial product design at the University college of West-flanders, where they both developed their own approach on design.
