Heaven Sent by Home Town Health Care was developed in 1980 to span the gap between Hospital Discharge and long term care placement. All of our caregivers are experienced, well educated, and committed to insuring a high quality of life to our patients. All staff must pass a rigorous background check before joining the Heaven Sent by Home Town Health Care team. Being the first free standing Home Health Agency in Central Virginia, we enjoy the privilege of having experienced the many changes in home health through the years.
