The New Jersey State Women’s Chamber of Commerce (NJSWC) is dedicated to uniting and empowering women business owners across the state. NJSWC was founded on the robust legacy of NJAWBO, the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners, which has advocated for women in business since 1978. By merging NJAWBO’s strengths with those of the NJ State Women’s Chamber, we have created a more powerful and unified voice for women in business in New Jersey.
