At Bodrato we still manufacture chocolate according to the handed down traditional methods. Bodrato was established in Genova in the 40’s and in the 70’s transferred to Capriata; in 2014 Bodrato moved to Novi Ligure in a new modern factory. The tradition, the attention to details together with the passion for chocolate ahve tempted the owners to turn a small workshop into a renowned chocolate factory of high standards.
