The Garces Foundation is an IRS registered 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization committed to ensuring that Philadelphia’s underserved immigrant community has access to food, healthcare and education.  Founded in 2012, the organization runs programs that aim to address specific needs within the immigrant community and are structured to change as the needs of the community change.
