The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity is committed to ensuring all talent thrives, with the ultimate goal of building a more equitable and diverse legal profession. Our strategic membership, networking, mentorship, and leader development programs are designed to inspire meaningful action and enduring change by fostering an accessible, welcoming community of professionals at all stages of their legal careers.
Since 2009, our membership has grown to more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have personally pledged their commitment to LCLD's mission. Today, 5,000+ attorneys have joined our Fellows and Pathfinder Alumni ranks, and 15,000+ careers have been shaped by our programming.
