The Tuberous Sclerosis Association, TSA, is a UK registered charity that aims
"To provide help for today, and a cure for tomorrow for everyone affected by Tuberous Sclerosis (TS)"
Launched in 1977, we are the only UK charity to provide support services and fund medical research in to TS.
TS is a rare genetic condition that affects an estimated 10,000 in the UK and 1 million worldwide.
People with TS develop tumours in their brain, heart, eye's, kidneys, lungs or on their skin. As a result of these growths many with TS develop complex health conditions and may also have epilepsy, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and renal problems.
