Using the power of exercise to improve the academic performance and mental health of university students. Physical exercise is proven to reduce mental health problems, better your physical health, and increase the performance of your brain. However, around half of university students are not meeting the basic physical activity guidelines. Our product, YouPlus, introduces activity to the students who need it most by breaking down existing barriers surrounding exercise and focusing on the academic benefits it can bring. Our mission is to provide the best environment for students to thrive at university, whilst tackling mental health and creating an active student population.
