Established in 2004, Steven Kahle Architects, Inc (SKA Studio) provides master planning, interior, architectural and sustainable design services. The firm is dedicated to the pursuit of design excellence of which sustainable design is a core component. SKA is a member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and the Living Building Challenge Community. Recent project work includes Commercial, Institutional, Retail, and Residential projects. Recognized as an innovative architect and designer, Steven Kahle, founding principal of SKA, is a registered architect and a LEED accredited professional with over 20 years of management and architectural experience. Steven’s portfolio includes the design of over five million square feet of new building projects spanning the commercial, hospitality, residential, and renovation markets. Several of these projects have been recognized with design awards from well-respected organizations such as the American Institute of Architects, Washington Building Congress, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
