The FFFC uniquely offers a full-time program of elite-level circus training, general eduction - through the select entry Flying Fruit Fly Circus School - and professional national and international touring. Founded in 1979, the International Year of the Child, the FFFC is Australia's most successful cultural community development project, influencing the ongoing development of contemporary circus through continued excellence, landmark projects and a growing family of alumni working professionally around the world in leading circus and performing arts companies such as Circus Oz, Cirque du Soleil and Circa.
