Includa is about something different. A different way to get help. A different way to give help. And a different way to be part of something bigger. Includa was started by three industry professionals with vast NDIS experience. The three founders share a drive to build a model of support that gives true control and choice to people with a disability, and a valued role for workers in the sector. We aim to link NDIS participants with a local team of community-based support workers, so they can achieve their goals. Our valued team members use technology to work in an autonomous way and receive team-based support, and remote assistance and supervision from a dedicated and skilled team. We are trialing this model in the Newcastle, Lower Hunter and Lake Macquarie regions, and would love to share our model more widely in the future.
