We do this through a very simple idea… Service doesn’t stop after the sale, for either our manufacturers or their customers. This means maintaining a cordial, viable working relationship with wholesalers, plumbers and engineers, and building the customer base with calls on new customers, to introduce them to products that they might not be familiar with. In addition, we maintain three offices with extensive warehousing space, for the convenience of our customers, and to facilitate sales. At PMI, “service” is not just a buzzword. It’s what we do.
