Our mission is to defend and protect consumers’ rights, to seek solutions for their consumer related problems, and to help them to assert their rights (freedom of choice, access to information, access to justice, right to education, health, safety and a healthy environment).
By conducting comparative studies and tests and by highlighting the products and services with the best price-quality ratio, we actively contribute to the further development and improvement of consumer products and services. Information about our studies is available via our website, magazines, practical guides, and our individual help service with a team of dedicated agents who deal with individual consumer questions. In addition, we represent consumers in several national and international commissions and government institutions. We negotiate legal and economic advantages for consumers and we defend their rights by means of judicial actions.
