UMIMP is “all-around” int´l business development consultancy initiative, combining three different and complementary approaches while understanding, monetizing, implementing, and partnering in new business projects. Combining many years of experience in the Int´l business development field as corporate executive, working for several global brands, a PSM - Professional SCRUM © (*) Master credentials and its AGILE © approach methodology for project implementations, seasoning all it with a R.O.I. approach while understanding, evaluating, and proposing monetizing structures for long term projects, the goal is to structure and partner in differentiated projects, thus beyond the regular consultancy basis. The initiative derives from past consultancy cases when effective partnership enrollment in the project was not viable or considered, leaving behind a more effective Win – Win approach. The emphasis in “monetize & partner” is directly related to this new approach proposal. With that, our goal is to present our partners with different alternatives while implementing its business development projects globally, taking it to a next level.
